About this Event
Get started at F45 Belmont Village for a sweaty 30 minute bootcamp, led by Lululemon Ambassador Brittany McLean, before lacing up your runners for a run or walk to Brightside. The run will be approx 2km, led by our friends from Backroads Brews and Shoes. Meet at Brightside for a 30 minute yoga session, led by Lululemon ambassador Matt Bolta. Finish off your sweat crawl with some snacks and drinks from Poppys Bagels and don't forget grab your swag bag before you head out!
Once completed, you can make your way back to F45 Belmont to grab your cars or pop by Backroads en route to your vehicle for a visit and drink.
