Kundalini Yoga With T.

The term “Kundalini Rising” describes the strengthening of our consciousness. Kundalini Yoga is the modality used to steward our rising of consciousness through elements of Movement, Manta, Meditation, Mudra (hand gestures) and Pranayama (breath control).

As an addition to Black Lotus’ Self Care Sunday’s, the Kundalini Yoga classes will focus on strengthening and rejuvenating our mind, body, and spirit through a direct rebalancing of our energy centers and nervous system.

All classes follow a specific structure, so you can expect an environment that is beginner friendly and designed to help begin and/or strengthen your personal self-care practice.

Time is offered at the end of class for all inquiries, big or small; so, bring all of you and let the healing begin.

Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing. Mats are provided and you are welcome to bring your own.

Black Lotus Holistic Healing Collective is known for is a space designed for BIPOC healers/practitioners to be centered in the healing in order for them to heal those in the BIPOC community. Vibrational healing is the ancient art of healing with sound; it traces back to ancient Egypt & Tibet. Sound vibrations can heal the physical body at a cellular level by adjusting blockages and imbalances. These imbalances can cause the body to have a slower frequency vibration which may lead to dis-ease or illnesses. Natural healing sound frequencies can be transferred or introduced externally or directly into the body to create a more harmonious state.

At Black Lotus, we combine the use of crystal chakra singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and more to give a relaxing & transformative experience. We can balance chakras, repair auras, uplift the mood or help with grounding. Vibrational healing is a great tool for meditation, alleviating stress, and relaxing stiff or sore muscles.

Black Lotus is not on Lincoln Drive despite the address...it is actually on Rittenhousetown Lane. From Lincoln drive, you must carefully make your way to Wissahickon Ave.Heading North on Lincoln Drive from Route 1:

Turn right onto Rittenhouse St

Turn left at the Sunco at the next light

Go thought the light on Lincoln Drive slowly

Turn left into the woody path, Rittenhousetown Lane

Your destination is the first big white house on the right with the big porch.

Heading South on Lincoln Drive from Mt Airy:

Turn right on W Cliveden St

Turn left on Wissahickon Ave

Turn right onto the woody driveway, Rittenhousetown Lane

Your destination is the first big white house on the right with the big porch.
