Kuṇḍalinī Therapeutics -an array of sacred practices for Well-being.

Kuṇḍalinī Therapeutics combines a range of internal cultivation practices from the Sacred teachings of Kuṇḍalinī Yoga and Daoist Meditation to Qi-Gong and Energy Healing! Believing strongly in the premise that all paths share a oneness, a universal truth, we support unity, wholeness, and a deep recognition of the interconnectedness of all things. These collective teachings foster mental peace, balanced living and a healthy connection to one's self, others and the universe.
Sessions have been carefully compiled to support self empowerment, healing and transformation. Participants will gain both a practical understanding of these teachings, as well as the tools needed to develop one’s own self exploration.
In partnership with Hoxton Hall we are offering a nurturing and inclusive space for community members to improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
‘I had the sense of having released years of tension, contractions and repressed emotions from my body and psyche in such a short period’. -‘D’
Frida, a passionate Yoga Therapist is keen to make sure these sacred practices are available to all regardless of one’s ability, age or financial situation.Frida looks forward to welcoming you to begin our journey of self exploration together!
