When the Body Begins to Speak
Kundalini Activation Journey .Stoke Newington
Most of us have learned to override the body.
To push through, to keep going, to ignore the signals.
But the body keeps everything.
This session is an invitation to pause… and begin listening again.
Through music and a carefully held space, your system is supported to release what it has been holding at your own pace, in your own way.
This is not about performance or doing anything “right.”
There is nothing to achieve.
Some people experience movement, others stillness.
Some feel emotional release, others a deep sense of calm or clarity.
Every experience is different, and all are valid.
This session may support you if you:
• feel tension or stress that doesn’t easily shift
• feel disconnected from your body
• are going through change or emotional pressure
• are curious about energy work, but want something grounded and safe
No experience is needed.
I am @Hecmara a certified Kundalini Vital Energy Activation (KVSS) facilitator. My background includes 14 years in the Yoga world with an emphasis on Ashtanga Yoga and international training.
Your body leads.
You remain in control at all times.
