How do you know when you are activated 

It is important to remember that each of us are completely different so for some people they may release noise and vibration from their throat chakra, others whole body involuntary movement, shaking, intense sensations, tingles, to more subtle experiences that are inner journeys with profound realisations being unveiled.

What happens in a Kundalini Activation class?

This can be an in-person class or online, individuals are invited to lay down in a comfy space on a bed or yoga mat.

If  an in-person course, we will play the specially formulated music in the activation frequency, an accredited vessel of awakening – Jennifer Surch or one of the elite team, will go around the group guiding the energy to flow freely around you.

What would that entail energy work, that you may only be subtly aware is happening for example you might feel light tapping along your meridians or around the chakras, transmissions.

Energy flow techniques, working with the micro cosmic orbit, the infinity cycle of 8 around the meridians, of free flowing up and down the body.

The sessions are ended with a grounding and rooting process sealing each individual inside their own impenetrable bubble for protection.
