In a session spontaneous movements can and does arise. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations. But these are just some of the side effects that can and do happen.
A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure. Every “symptom” or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations, are seen regularly in participants.
You lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator touches or presses some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s it. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story...
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Please keep food light that day. Eating light, high vibrational foods like fruits, juices, and smoothies are highly recommended as well as fasting. This is because dense foods make it more difficult for the energy to run freely through the body.

Africa Malika is a Venant Wong trained KAP facilitator and Pilates instructor. Since she was little she knew that there was much more than what our eyes could see and that she was born to help humanity return to the path of its soul here on each and help others reconnect to the heart center.
