I’m Mathilde, a trained Kundalini Activation Facilitator and yoga teacher. I’m passionate about energy work, spiritual wellbeing and the kind of inner transformation that happens when we give ourselves space to feel, release and reconnect. My role as a facilitator is to hold space for you and make it easier for you to connect with your own energy. The energy is yours, I simply act as a guide.

What is Kundalini Activation?
Kundalini Activation is an energy transmission designed to awaken your kundalini life-force energy and access non-dual states of consciousness. The experience can be deeply transformative, supporting emotional release, heightened clarity, and a stronger sense of alignment with who you truly are.
Many people find the process helps “repattern” the nervous system over time, loosening emotional blocks, shifting old conditioning and widening your capacity to feel present and connected. Everyone lives through a different experience which will be perfect for what your system is ready to integrate.
What to expect
We’ll start each session with a short introduction and explanation of what to expect. We’ll go through the process and how to support yourself in surrendering into the experience. This might include a brief demonstration.
This is followed by a 1-hour transmission. You’ll lie down on a mat while music plays. Through energetic resonance and light touch at specific points, the body’s energy and nervous system are stimulated. The emphasis is on “being” and surrendering rather than “doing”.
We’ll close the session with a sharing circle. Sharing (if you want to) helps integrate the experience. Integration may continue in the days following the session.
Kundalini follows the path of surrender rather than willpower—there’s no “right” way to experience it. Some people feel very little at first, others have strong energetic and emotional movement. Common experiences include:
- Tingling, vibration, waves of energy moving through the body
- Visuals such as colours, lights, or geometric patterns
- Emotional release (laughter, tears, sound)—all are welcome!
- Spontaneous body movements
- A feeling of heaviness or stillness, as if deeply grounded
- Joy, bliss, expanded awareness or deep rest
The invitation is to stay open and present, trust the process and allow whatever arises.
Group size is limited to 6 people to keep it intimate and well-held.
How to prepare
To support your sensitivity and comfort during the session:
- Avoid eating for 3 hours beforehand (or keep it very light, for example fruit)
- Avoid caffeine for 3 hours beforehand
- Avoid alcohol and other substances for 24–48 hours beforehand
- Wear comfortable clothing (layers recommended)
- If you are sensitive to light please bring an eye mask
- Bring a water bottle
- Mats, cushions, and blankets are provided
Important notes (please read!)
Loud music will be played throughout the transmission. If you’re sensitive to sound, please take this into account before attending.
Sessions can be emotionally intense. If you’re feeling in a particularly difficult place, it may be worth checking in with yourself about whether this is the right timing.
This session is not suitable for people with a history of mania, bipolar disorder, psychosis, delusions, schizophrenia, epilepsy, heart conditions or those in the third trimester of pregnancy. If any of these apply, please sit this one out and honour where you are. If you are unsure, reach out before making a booking.
