About this Event
Know Your Leadership. Master Your Impact.
Leadership performance lives or dies on the lens through which a leader sees themselves, the people around them, and the system they're operating in.
Join us for a personalized and interactive program for senior leaders and HR directors that explores how the way we see shapes the way we lead.
Each attendee will receive a complimentary Lumina Spark Portrait, valued at $200. Lumina Spark is a behavioural psychometric from Lumina Learning, grounded in the Big Five — the most scientifically validated personality framework in psychology — and designed by organizational psychologists as a whole-person tool to increase self-awareness, reveal hidden potential, and surface practical development points.
The 38-page personalized portrait, generated from a 20-minute online questionnaire completed before the event, maps you across 24 personality qualities on a continuous scale and reveals three integrated versions of yourself: the underlying you (your natural wiring), the everyday you (how you actually show up at work), and the overextended you (the version that emerges when the pressure rises) — all rendered in the same continuous language, so you can see precisely how you shift across the three.
The goal is a clearer view of how you communicate, make decisions, and show up under pressure — and how those patterns affect the teams and organisations you lead.
The portrait is also the entry point to something larger. The Inspire/ApertureWorks methodology, the Five Modes of Seeing™, translates psychometric insight into team behavior, operating norms, and organizational change across five integrated dimensions:
1. Inner Seeing (self-awareness and identity clarity, where the Lumina Portrait sits)
2. Interpersonal Seeing (attunement and presence with others)
3. Systemic Seeing (reading team and organizational dynamics)
4. Creative Seeing (reframing under complexity)
5. Photographic Seeing — our signature, developed with internationally renowned portrait photographer Mark Mann, which uses the experience of being seen to surface leadership presence in a way no diagnostic alone can.
The evening is led by Stevie Fine, Founder of Inspire and Lumina Master Practitioner, whose seventeen-year practice spans S&P 500 companies and global organizations including Mizuho Bank, Harrods, and ILM; Mark Mann, an internationally renowned celebrity portrait photographer whose editorial and commercial work has appeared in publications including Esquire, Fortune, Billboard, and Complex; and Kiran Karnani, Executive Coach, ICF Board Member, and Marketing Strategist.
The format combines a facilitated debrief of your personalised portrait, live exercises showing how to apply the insight immediately, and a closing lens on how the same instrument scales from individual portrait to team dynamics to enterprise-wide change.
You will receive a link to access your Lumina Spark questionnaire within 1 business day of your RSVP.
The questionnaire will take 20 minutes .
You will receive your completed Lumina Spark profile (your portrait) in person at the start of the event on June 9th in both digital format and hardcopy. Event facilitators will offer a debrief of your profile during the program.
