Join us at Klub Write to kiss goodbye to last year, unleash your creativity, and set intentions for 2026
About this Event

Start the New Year with the best intentions at Another Country - Bookshop for a fun and inspiring FLINTA workshop where we map out our visions and goals using creative writing. Whether you're an experienced writer or just starting out, this is the perfect opportunity to spark ideas and let your creativity flow.

During the workshop, we'll explore different techniques for writing future-focused goals. You'll have the chance to share your work with fellow participants and receive feedback in a supportive and encouraging environment.

In this workshop, expect topics such as:

  • How to map your creative journey for 2026
  • Letting go of things from the previous year
  • How to set intentions and stick to them
  • Set your dreams in motion and offset the Berlin January blues

Perfect for writers who are looking to spark fresh ideas for the new year!

*FLINTA ONLY, 18+

**Drinks at Spati prices, cash only

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Cat Hepburn is a Scottish screenwriter, author, and educator whose work spans screen, stage, and page. Her TV portfolio includes writing scripts and storywriting for award-winning soap RIVER CITY (BBC Scotland) and developing stories for HOLLYOAKS (Lime Pictures). She has written a wide range of short films, which have gained plaudits from the Royal TV Society Awards and been nominated for a Prix Europa award. Cat’s sapphic romantasy novel I KISSED A WEREWOLF AND I LIKED IT came out in May with Wildfire. Her previous book DATING & OTHER HOBBIES was released in 2021. Her solo show #GIRLHOOD, based on her poetry book of the same name, debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2019 to 4 and 5-star reviews. She currently has an original TV show in development with Insight MP and is writing her fourth book. Cat has been teaching writing for over a decade at a wide range of universities and schools, including the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and can’t wait to bring her expertise to the Klub Writers.
