KLANGLYS' music takes the listener on an adventurous journey over mountains, through forests, past lakes, and across the sea. The compositions by KLANGLYS’ leader and sound architect Johannes Käsbach draw a multifaceted sonic landscape. It’s as if he takes us along on his travels of perspective, bringing his experiences and impressions of nature to life in auditory images. These are not just snapshots burned into the sound material like through an optical lens. They are profound thoughts and reflections that find a voice in his music and lyrics which are touching and forward-looking. With one goal: to give listeners hope, trust, and confidence, especially in light of the many worrying developments in the world.
The musicians from KLANGLYS (literally, ‘sound light’) share their
passion for jazz harmonies and refreshing, luminous soundscapes that move and seduce the listener. KLANGLYS' music radiates passion and gives the listener the key to creating their own dreams.

“It has a lot of influences from different kind of styles [...] nice latin, folk music from other countries and maybe some Nordic style,... with the strings - both the guitar and the violin - it gets a unique sound, which I haven’t heard many other places…”

Den internationale, dansk-baserede sekstet er ledet af lydarkitekt Johannes Käsbach og hans kompositionerne viser os et mangefacetteret lydlandskab. Det er som om, Johannes tager os med på sine rejser og vertoner de oplevelser og landskaber, ikke i fotos, men i sin musik. Det er de mangfoldige tanker og refleksioner, der finder en stemme i hans musik. Med et mål: At give lytteren tillid og håb for de mange bekymrende udviklinger i verden.
