15 Years of Seva & ShabadAnnual Kirtan Celebration | Seva Food Bank
This September Seva Food Bank marks a heartfelt milestone: 15 years of nourishing our community with dignity love and purpose. From our humble beginnings in 2010 we’ve grown into more than a food bank — we’ve become a movement rooted in seva (selfless service) driven by community and guided by compassion.
Over the past decade and a half Seva has provided over 2 million pounds of food served thousands of families and launched initiatives that address not just hunger but also mental health employment and community belonging. From hosting food drives and wellness programs to empowering newcomers and youth every act of seva has been a step toward collective healing and hope.
To celebrate this journey we invite you to an afternoon of divine music and community spirit at our Annual Kirtan Gathering. This year’s Kirtan Hazri is graced by the soulful presence of Ustad Bhai Baljit Singh Ji (Delhi) & Jatha whose shabad keertan carries the timeless message of love humility and remembrance.
Let’s gather in gratitude — to reflect rejoice and renew our shared commitment to serve.
