Vegetarian Potluck: Bring your favorite Vegetarian snack or dish to share (please no meat, eggs or alcohol)
WAIVER: Please note that all of our events will be filmed and photographed as part of an upcoming film project. Media release waivers will be provided for all participants to review and sign upon arrival.

Guided by Patita Pavana of Spirit Soul And Friends® and hosted by James Long at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of San Diego, this monthly experience offers a peaceful space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what matters most.

No prior experience is needed — simply come with an open heart. All ages are welcome. This is a family-friendly, donation-based gathering. Whether you are brand new to kirtan or have been chanting for years, this is a welcoming space where everyone belongs. Come as you are and allow the sacred sounds to elevate your spirit and bring peace within.
