Guided by Patita Pavana of Spirit Soul And Friends® and hosted by James Long at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of San Diego, this monthly experience offers a peaceful space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what matters most.

No prior experience is needed — simply come with an open heart. All ages are welcome. This is a family-friendly, donation-based gathering. Whether you are brand new to kirtan or have been chanting for years, this is a welcoming space where everyone belongs. Come as you are and allow the sacred spiritual sound vibration to elevate your spirit and bring peace within.
