About this Event
In this time of polycrisis, KINship is a space to share what’s alive for us—individually and collectively—and restore our capacity to stay present with it all.
We’ll begin with an opening ritual and sharing circle, then flow into a 60-minute sound meditation. Afterward, there will be open space for tea and connection.
What This Is
- A trauma-informed, politicized sharing circle and sound meditation
- A practice of witnessing and being witnessed
- An invitation to share mindfully, listen deeply, and strengthen our interconnection
What This Is Not
- Spiritual bypassing
- A space for fixing, advising, or offering unsolicited feedback
What To Bring
- Comfy clothing and anything else you need to feel settled
- Optional: an offering for the community altar (which you can take home with you)
Timing Notes
- Doors open at 6:30 PM. Please do your best to arrive on time!
- Doors will close at 7:00 PM to preserve the integrity of our container.
Financial Access
- Ticketing is structured with equity in mind. Choose the ticket that reflects your current access and capacity. If cost is a barrier, reach out to Britt at [email protected] for a ticket—no explanation needed.
- Reciprocity is part of the practice—take what you need and offer what you can. The container opens when you choose how to enter.
