start your morning with a calm gathering: a short guided meditation and time to connect with others in the neighborhood.
About this Event

join us for a calm mid-week reset

in a city that moves quickly, this is a space to slow down together.

we’ll start with a short breathing practice and guided meditation, followed by time to stay for tea or coffee and conversation.

no experience with meditation is necessary.

tea or coffee can be purchased separately from the café.

space is limited to keep the gathering small and comfortable.

you're welcome to come alone or bring a friend.
