NEW SERIES! Join us for a little bit of gardening and a little bit of learning this summer at NHG as Kaya Randazzo & Rusty E. Allen host a new series of activities just for kids!
It's too hot to be outside, so come indoors and express your creativity with rocks as your canvas! This one's up to your imagination: Paint an animal or insect, or just a design that means something just to you. You'll select 3 rocks from our collection, and use your imagination to create what you like using acrylic paint pens.
In our upcoming series, there's a variety of activities, with kid's workshops, reading, gardening, crafting, and learning activities. Each are inexpensive, $5-10 (covering cost of any materials) or FREE adventures into creating, and averages one hour maximum with assistance from our knowledgeable staff. Parents are invited to drop by our Cafe before the events for a coffee or tea, or stay afterward for a morning snack and a chance to shop with us.
NOTE: This event is indoors in our comfortable Classroom. To have the best experience, our workshop space is limited to 24 children aged 5-12. Please include your child's name and age along with a cell phone number when you register. Note that a parent or adult must accompany the child brought with them to the workshop.
