Heroes On The Green Golf Invitational invites the Military Order of the Purple Heart to play golf. This invitation is no strings attached, there is absolutely no expectation of donation or contribution. Our goal is simply to provide the Purple Heart recipients an opportunity to enjoy a day of golf, fellowship with fellow service members, and a unique chance to meet and play alongside NFL athletes who have a deep respect and admiration for those who have served. Every dollar raised provides hot meals, dignity, and hope to veterans in need.

The Wise Brothers
- Deatrich Wise Jr. (born July 26, 1994) is an American professional football defensive end for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League
- Daniel Wise is a defensive tackle for the Washington Commanders in the NFL originally from Carrollton TX
- Solomon Wise played on all three defense levels in college: defensive end, linebacker, and occasionally defensive back. Solomon attended UTSA and Alcorn State.
