Join us for 6-weeks our first ever KickStart soccer program for girls ages 8-12, all skills levels welcome! PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW:About this Event
During this FREE 6-week indoor soccer program, participants will learn foundational soccer skills from Girls Forward Role Models, women 21+ who are passionate about empowering girls in sport! Thanks to KickStart (BMO, MLSE Foundation, and Toronto FC) for making this program possible!
PROGRAM DETAILS (PLEASE READ EVERYTHING)
Who: Girls and gener diverse youth, ages 8-12
- Parents/loved ones are allowed to stay and watch respectully and quietly from the sidelines or stay within the building, if needed
Dates:
- Thursdays April 23, 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28 (6 consecutive weeks)
Please only register if you can attend a majority (at least 4 out of 6) sessions!
Time:
- 5-6pm
- Arrive 10mins early each session to check-in (PLEASE arrive at 4:50pm)
What To Bring and Wear:
- Comfortable/athletic clothing
- NO CLEATS, NO SANDALS, NO CROCS
- Close-toed shoes, such as running shoes and turf/indoor soccer shoes
- Water bottle
What's Included:
- Soccer curriculum and equipment (no need to bring your own ball)
- Swag from KickStart
