His unique approach blends theatre practice, voice work and coaching tools to help people speak with confidence, authenticity and presence.
Carlo has coached hundreds of professionals, entrepreneurs and researchers from companies such as Zalando, UnternehmerTUM, Group Atlantic and several European startups.
He helps them craft stories that connect and deliver them with clarity and emotional impact.
He also speaks at events across Europe, including SMAU, Tech Job Fair and other industry conferences, sharing insights on communication, confidence and human connection.
