Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and renewal.

No prior experience is needed—simply bring an open heart and a willingness to rest. This session offers a gentle invitation to reset your energy, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and inspired.

What to Bring

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any comforts to help you relax — pillow, eye mask, or warm layers as your body temperature tends to drop in a relaxed state of mind.
