Caroline Cumberbatch has dedicated over thirty years to interior design. Her doctoral research profoundly transformed her understanding of what interior design can achieve, demonstrating how spaces can encourage genuine connections between people and between people and their material surroundings.
In this thought-provoking session, Caroline will explore how exceptional design outcomes often develop through unexpected pathways. Through collaboration, curiosity, and material exploration, she encourages designers to rethink the ordinary, uncover hidden potential, and allow spaces to express their authentic voice — revealing solutions that are both surprising and thoughtfully crafted.
