"Women of the Old Testament" a DMA recital presented by soprano Kathryn Brode from the University of Memphis Sunday, March 22 at 3pm at the Tuthill Performance Hall at Rhodes College.Listen to four centuries of musical representations of women in the Old Testament. From Carissimi to Gerald Cohen; Handel to Schubert, this program will feature eight women from the Old Testament: Eve, Hannah, Hagar, Jephthah's daughter, Ruth, Naomi, Jael, and Esther.
