We create impressionistic, groove-centered music that moves between jazz exploration, psychedelic minimalism, and probably some other things. Spacious, rhythmic, heavy emphasis on texture, and hopefully creating spaces that feel immersive and lived-in. HIGHLY WHIMSICAL, HEAVILY DOPE.
Fast preacher:
What started as an outlet for scratch demos has since become the on-stage force known as Fast Preacher—an Orlando, Florida-based band fronted by multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Daniel Hanson (Former member of the illustrious indie soul group, Fat Night). Thunderous, raw, and groovy, Fast Preacher’s sound lives at the crossroads of classic rock and something unshakingly soul-deep. With catchy, power-packed songs, the project explores psychedelic, soul, punk, jazz, and pop influences, with a sound that has been compared to artists like Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Steely Dan.
