About this Event

KAP Vancouver

KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) is a direct energy transmission designed to awaken your inner life force energy, supporting spiritual growth, emotional release, nervous system recalibration, and deeper connection to self.

This is an introductory offering with limited spaces available.

This small-group, in-person KAP session is designed to open the door to life force energy awakening within you.

KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) is a direct energy transmission that initiates the awakening of kundalini — an intelligent and profound life force energy that exists within every person.

Across many traditions, this life force energy is known by different names:

  • Chi or Qi in Chinese Medicine
  • Prana in Southeast Asian traditions
  • Ashe in Yoruba wisdom traditions

Modern science has also explored this concept through ideas such as the morphogenetic field — an energetic field believed to influence growth, consciousness, and human potential.

Once awakened, this energy can support profound personal and spiritual transformation, bringing greater clarity, peace, connection, vitality, and inner alignment.

Unlike self-directed practices such as yoga or pranayama, KAP is a surrender-based process. During the session, the energy works intelligently through the participant without conscious effort or control.

This modality may help to:

  • Open stagnant energetic pathways
  • Release emotional and energetic blockages
  • Support nervous system recalibration
  • Increase spiritual awareness and intuition
  • Deepen connection to self and consciousness
  • Cultivate greater peace, harmony, and embodiment

What to Expect

During the session, you will lie comfortably on a yoga mat while music is played. Zohra will act as a conduit for the energy transmission.

Every experience is unique and may include:

  • Spontaneous body movements
  • Emotional release
  • Deep states of meditation
  • Visions or insights
  • Feelings of bliss, expansion, or inner stillness
  • Some participants experience subtle shifts, while others may experience more profound energetic movement.

No previous experience is required.

Preparation

To receive the most from the session, please:

  • Avoid eating for at least 2 hours beforehand
  • Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or stimulants before the session
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Bring a yoga mat
  • Bring water if desired
  • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle into the space.

About the Facilitation

Zohra is a trained KAP Facilitator in the Venant Wong lineage.

Through direct energy transmission, she facilitates the activation of life force energy in a grounded, supportive, and intentional space.

Her work integrates consciousness expansion, nervous system support, meditation, ceremonial healing practices, and energetic recalibration.
