About this Event
KAP is a direct kundalini transmission of bio-energy or life-force that activates the awakening of Kundalini. It facilitates a gradual activation while accelerating your kundalini rewiring in a gentle yet powerful way.
You will be immersed in a whole day of KAP energy at this 1 day event.You will receive two long transmissions. Whole day events allow you to build frequency layering the transmissions to facilitate a deeper experience, delve deep into your unique Kundalini journey.
Start time: 11 am
Lunch break: 1 hour. Flexible dependant on schedule. Some fruit will be available.
Finish: 4pm
This Intensive 1 Day event does NOT include:*Overnight accommodation. There are near by B&B in the surrounding area.*Lunch.
It is suggested that you either bring a light vegan/vegetarian pack lunch with you or eat only fruit. Please bring some water with you also.
WHAT IS KAP?
KAP is a direct Kundalini Transmission of bio-energy or life force that activates the awakening of Kundalini. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realisations. It progresses you on the path to connect with your Higher-Self, your Souls plan, through a journey of releasing blockages, letting go of thoughts that no longer serve you and re alignment of Self. And ultimately the full free flow of Awakened Kundalini. It will not shock your system in any way. With a KAP transmission the energy comes in from the top of the crown, down towards the root chakra. There is a significant difference from other self-willed practises of Kundalini rising. Spontaneous movements can and do arise. But these are just some of the effects that can happen. A full explanation of the transmission will be provided. A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure. Every “symptom” or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations are seen regularly in participants.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A KAP SESSION? You lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator touches or presses some of the chakras or meridian points on your body. That's it. That's all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story!

This is a group activation.
How to prepare.
Wear loose and comfortable clothes.
I would suggest that you eat only lightly in the morning, if at all.
Bring your own yoga mat or blanket to lie on. Plus an additional blanket in cooler temperatures if desired.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Tickets must be booked in advance through Kap Flow London or Flow to Heal. By purchasing a ticket, you accept these Terms (Cancellation Policy).
In the event you need to cancel your ticket, we require a notice period of 1 week for a full refund, unless the ticket can be resold before the event.
If you are unable to attend the event you are welcome to sell your ticket privately at any time, we just ask for you to forward the booking confirmation/information to them AND to let us know of the name change.
Please note that there are no refunds, or transferring of your ticket to a different location or date, within 48 hours of the event time and date.
