Tell your beertender you want kolsch service and Enjoy $3 pours of Kölsch from 5-7pm.
Kölsch service is a German tradition where Kolsch is served in slim 7oz cylindrical glasses called Stange.
How it works — the ritual:
- Servers (called Köbes) carry round trays — known as Kranz — loaded with several filled Stange.
- As soon as your glass is empty (or nearly empty), a Köbes may quietly replace it with a fresh one — no need to order again. Each fresh pour
- Each refill is tracked with a mark on your coaster. When you’re done, simply place the coaster on top of your glass to signal you don’t want any more.

This fast, attentive service keeps your beer chilled and fresh from the first sip to the last, and keeps the social vibe lively — a hallmark of Cologne’s historic brewery-pub culture.
