Come join us as we celebrate 1 year of OVRHL!
What a fucking year its been! What an honor and privilege it’s been to be in such a rich community, movement, and commitment to transformation with y’all over the course of this last rotation of moons, season changes, skin sheds and rebirths. We are a proudly black, queer, oakland-native owned business that centers revolutionary healing, the human experience, and without question, transformation in all its forms.
To honor this anniversary… We’re offering something we’ve never done before
a collaboration to hold the largest mo-höt pīlåtes class we’ve ever done!
Come move in ceremony with 75+ people, allowing Moses to take you on a vast and dynamic movement journey of mind/body/spirit for 90-minutes and then immediately melt into a juicy and delicious 30-minute sound healing savasana held by our beloved song healing artist, Brittany Tanner. If you’ve never experienced this magic, be prepared to feel a harmonic and affirming shower to all your systems for a deep and full reset.
When: Sunday, March 1st, 2026 from 8:30-10:30 AM
Where: 468 9th street (across the street from OVRHL studio)
This carefully crafted experience is being offered at a sliding scale price so that you can help us fundraise for a bigger space! (including a space with showers, a sauna, cold plunge, and plenty of movement space i.e. no more endless waitlists. any amount you offer helps bring us closer to this reality)
think of it as an offering in return to this space that has held us all as we've grown over this last year BUT MOST ESPECIALLY as we move towards a bigger location to hold all of this abundance!

Come hang out with us at a private lounge space in downtown Oakland. There will be scrumptious Nigerian food available for purchase from our friends at Jollof Kitchen, eclectic music by DJ Jambalaya, intentional reflection, and some moderated story telling about all things OVRHL: its evolutions, its quirks, secrets, and principles… a chance to remember our beginnings and truly celebrate all that we’ve experienced together over the course of this last year!
You are invited to share your testimonies, dance and shake something loose, eat well, play, cry, witness yourself/others, commune, listen, and honor this full circle moment!
All are welcome! Feel free to bring friends, family, children, & your whole heart!
