Join me for a gentle yet transformative journey through sound. Surrounded by soothing frequencies from crystal singing bowls, chimes harp and gongs. You’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can reset.
The solstice invites us to pause and bask in the fullness of light — both around us and within us. This is a beautiful opportunity to:

No experience is needed — just come as you are, bring something comfortable to lie on, and allow yourself to be bathed in sound.
Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate.

Please Bring a yoga mat/something to lie on, a pillow and a blanket anything to make yourself super cozy and comfortable. The more comfortable you are the better the experience.Eye masks will be provided. I also have a few spare mats.
