June's big Hometown Headline! With “a singular soulful voice that holds an audience spellbound”, June Holland has been labelled one of the top emerging talents from the North West. Raised on the sounds of Stevie Wonder and Etta James, she brings a modern twist to timeless influences, blending bluesy, heartfelt vocals with the raw, relatable storytelling of artists like Paolo Nutini. June’s voice is as warm as the month she’s named after – unique and distinctive with bluesy undertones. Her sound transcends genres, touching on Indie Folk, Soul, Blues and Americana while aiming to bring back music from the “good old days.” Whether solo or fronting her band, June’s live performances are built on connection, sharing stories from the heart leaving audiences captivated by something that sounds new yet comfortingly familiar…
June had a fantastic 2025 packed with performances across the UK topped by a career defining moment, opening the Truck Festival Main Stage performing alongside Bloc Party, Blossoms, CMAT, Kasabian, Natasha Bedingfield and more. After a successful crowd funding campaign June has launched straight into 2026 creating new music! Having just recorded her debut EP "Out of the Darkness Into the Light" she is delighted to bring her new material to Gullivers in Manchester for her Hometown Headline debut with her FULL BAND and special guests Joel Gardner and MORA & the Fabulous Wonderfuls!

SPECIAL GUESTS:
Joel Gardner
With one hand placed firmly in Pop, Rock and Groove and the other in Trad, Roots and Folk, Joel’s music is built on infectious melodies, introspective lyrics and intricate guitar playing. His songwriting style and sound is often compared to the likes of Paul Simon and Frank Turner while drawing on influences from guitar virtuosos such as Andy McKee, John Gomm and John Butler. Joel’s music celebrates the simplicity of one man and a guitar. Despite its stripped back instrumentation, Joel throws out an enormous sound for a one man operation using only a kick drum and percussive guitar playing. Performing live, his shows are an explosion of positive energy, charisma and showmanship honed from relentless gigging; singing self penned songs that are sometimes quirky, sometimes sad and often energetic, heartwarming and poignant.
MORA & the Fabulous Wonderfuls
Born backstage, and raised by an AC30, MORA was always destined to be a performer who makes the ground shake. A force of nature compelled by unknown energies to relay her sonic message, she gathered around herself a troupe of quakingly talented musicians who could match her innate power. MORA & the Fabulous Wonderfuls bring a unique blend of righteous anger and soul-lifting songs to channel the pain and rage of this crushing existence into a communal connection, sending audience spirits soaring, ready to face the next sunrise reborn with dazzling sparks of defiance and empathy.‘Screams passion…you’re certainly in for one spiritual ride.’ - Jack Walsh (Adrenaline Magazine)‘Pure technicolour joy…big choruses, strangers singing shoulder to shoulder. Impossible not to get pulled in.’ - Aaron Hills (RGM Press)
