7th annual Jug Island beach polar bear hike or paddle. Due to tides this year, we will start 1 hr earlier. High tide is 2pm and low tide is 10am. So meet at 11am, swim at noon. I'll be arriving by Kayak because I have stuff to bring. Roxane and Danielle will take you on the hike.
Please bring foodstuffs to share. I will be bringing a portable propane fire pit. and a makeshift change room.
Let's hope the weather will cooperate. One year, it snowed, which was kinda cool.
There are no rules on the swim plunge. If you have a wetsuit. bring it.
