Potato Pancake with Mustard Beer Sauce
Crispy golden potato pancakes, pan-fried to perfection and served with a bold, tangy mustard beer sauce made with German lager — a rustic favorite with a modern twist.
Classic Sauerbraten
Tender slices of marinated beef, slow-braised in a rich blend of vinegar, spices and red wine.
Warm German Apple Cake
Moist spiced apple cake served warm, with hints of cinnamon and clove, topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of vanilla bean sauce.
$129 + GST per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
