Vela is a breathwork facilitator, somatic guide, and musician devoted to helping people reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom.
Her approach is trauma-informed and grounded in continuous learning - drawing from years of study in somatics, psychology, and holistic healing. Vela leads with authenticity, creating a supportive environment where people feel safe to explore, express and expand.
