Discover how journaling can support your ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) journey. This six-week course is designed to help you reflect on your past, manage your program time and set meaningful goals for personal growth.

Each week, we’ll dive into writing exercises that promote self-awareness, emotional healing and resilience. Sessions will include journaling prompts, group discussions, and relevant literature to guide you throughout the course.

Whether you’re new to journaling or have been practicing for years, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive space to explore how writing can be a powerful tool for healing.
