This workshop will expand on topics discussed in Yoga Basics with a focus on asanas. Topics will include:

What are asanas and their benefits?
Where do asanas come from?
Which styles of yoga utilize which asanas?
Sun Salutations
Moon Salutations

This is a great way to learn the basics of yoga, brush up on your yoga skills (especially if you teach), meet others online or in your community who are interested in health, wellness, yoga, meditation, or mindfulness, debunk yoga myths, and ask questions related to yoga, its benefits, or if you're interested in teaching yoga.
