WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW & BRING?

Please avoid eating 60 minutes prior to our session.
Dress in clothing that allows you to feel comfortable and move freely.
Be sure you bring the following items with you:
a beverage of choice (preferrably water).

A journal and a pen.
A blanket, a pillow, and an eye covering (optional). (please note, the pillow does not go under your head, but is rather used for a somatic release).
Please make sure you are in a quiet space.
