John Harris: Maybe I'm Amazed - A Story of Love and Connection in Ten Songs

Wednesday 20th May 2026

6-7pm

RSA House and online via YouTube

The RSA is joined by journalist and broadcaster John Harris to discuss the deeply personal story behind his book Maybe I’m Amazed.

Drawing on ten transformative songs, Harris reflects on the experience of raising his autistic son James, how music has become their most precious source of connection, and the long-overlooked links between neurodivergence and creativity.

The event will be followed by a drinks reception from 7pm.
