John Arena Foundation Event-Chicago
Join us on Monday May 4th for a special evening benefiting the John Arena Foundation,
which harnesses the power of pizza-making as therapy for Parkinson's patients.
Hosted at Pizaro's Pizza, this event will feature a tasting experience showcasing the culinary talents of renowned local chefs and pizza makers
Event Schedule:
• 6:30 PM | Doors open for the tasting event
• 7:00 - 8:30 PM | tasting featuring 7-8 curated dishes paired with wine. Seating available.

Mini Suya Skewers: Marinated Tenderlion, ground peanuts, grains of selim, dried chillies and spices, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers, jolloff rice, ata dindin and roasted garlic yogurt
Nicole Bean- Pizaro's Pizza Napoletana:
Margherita Pizza & Sweet Pea: Tradtional Napoletana pizza with house made mozzarella, tomato sauce, fresh basil and EVOO on 72 hour fermented dough (00 flour imported from Naples, IT)& caramelized onions and bell peppers with house made mozzarella and EVOO
Garrett Rice- Bayou Butchers:
Oak Smoked Dry-Aged (21 days) Tenderlion with a deep red wine jus
Armando DiMeo- Coastline Pizzeria
Foccacia with smoked provolone, mortadella, ricotta, pickled mustard seed, basil oil and fresh basil
Patti Delgado- Ninfa's
Nopal Tetela filled with blue oyster mushrooms and chihuahua cheese, smokey bean puree, queso fresco and herb salad
Tres Leches
