By taking part in this event, you acknowledge and confirm that as of the date of the event:

1. You participate at your own risk, and Joe & The Juice New York, LLC, along with its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, are not liable for any injuries, losses, deaths, or damages resulting from your participation.

2. You acknowledge the risks associated with running in an outdoor urban environment, including uneven surfaces, traffic, and Miami's heat and humidity.

3. You do not have any medical conditions that could impact or increase your risk of injury or harm from participating in this event.

4. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to participate, and you will not take part against medical advice.

5. If you are pregnant, you will consult your doctor before participating.

6. You are at least 18 years old.

7. You are not aware of any additional reasons that would prevent you from participating safely.

8. During the event, photos and videos may be taken of you for use by Joe & The Juice New York, LLC, its affiliates, sponsors, and third-party vendors, including on social media and in promotional materials, without prior notice or compensation. You assign all rights in such photos and videos to Joe & The Juice New York, LLC, without any required compensation or permission. You may request deletion of any photos or videos of you by emailing [email protected], though this may be declined to protect legitimate business interests.

9. Joe & The Juice New York, LLC reserves the right to sell and/or profit from the commercial use of any photos and videos taken during the event.

10. You agree not to engage in any offensive or inappropriate behavior during the event, including intimidation, verbal abuse, physical violence, sexual or physical harassment, or disrespectful behavior. Joe & The Juice reserves the right to remove any participant at its sole discretion.

11. Joe & The Juice will not be responsible for any losses resulting from event cancellation for any reason, or for any damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings.

12. All merchandise is final sale. No returns or exchanges.

When you arrive, our JOE & THE JUICE team will be ready to check you in with your Eventbrite ticket and hook you up with a wristband and token for that post-run surprise: on the house, of course! We have a bag drop in the store, however, all belongings are left at your own risk (please leave your valuable items at home)!
