Meditation rings, also called spinner or fidget rings, feature one or more outer bands that rotate around a stationary inner band. Beyond their unique aesthetic appeal, these rings serve as a tool for promoting calmness, alleviating stress, and channeling nervous energy. During this half-day workshop, you will be shown all the skills you will need to make your very own spinner ring, including using a BernzOmatic torch, stamps, files, and finishing techniques.
This is a fun introductory workshop for those who would like to explore the fabulous world of jewelry making.
No experience is necessary!
