Jeff Beck was one of the all-time greats in guitar history, with an incredible career spanning more than 60 years. Always inventive, always original, and always evolving, Beck's music has inspired countless musicians the world over for decades and represents a high point in the history of guitar and rock'n'roll. On April 25th, join the Mike Murray group for a one-night-only celebration of this legendary guitarist. With musical selections spanning his entire career as a solo artist, from his early work with the Jeff Beck Group and Rod Stewart through his extensive instrumental repertoire and up to his final album recorded with Johnny Depp, this will be the ultimate tribute to one of the greatest to ever pick up the guitar.
About the Mike Murray Group: The Mike Murray group is a powerful exploration of virtuosic improvisation and melodic, genre-bending composition. Led by the explosive guitarist Mike Murray, whose playing has been described as "...awe-inspiring, bordering on wildly impressive," the group features some of the most dynamic and exciting musicians in Canada.
