Join us this February as The Pilot proudly presents the annual Tribute to Black History Month, celebrating the significant contributions of the Black community to the world of jazz.
Accomplished pianist, Michael Shand has been in the Toronto jazz and music scene for the past 25 years. Starting as the musical director for Archie Alleyne’s Kollage jazz orchestra to current musical director of singer Johnny Reed band. Michael and his group will be celebrating the musical accomplishments of celebrated Canadian Jazz icon , Oscar Peterson.
A show not to be missed.
At the musical break, there will be a short presentation on Oscar’s first time in Toronto.

Seating is on a first come basis.
Presale tickets are available until 2PM the day of the show. Unsold tickets will be able to purchased at the door while supplies last.
