The music icon returns to Berlin for 2 intimate concerts on November 6 & 7 at the Musikbrauerei

To celebrate what would have been the 100th birthday of James Baldwin, Meshell Ndegeocello unveils her tribute to the American writer and civil-right activist with her most recent release No More Water: The Gospel of James Baldwin following her 2024 Grammy Winning album The Omnichord Real Book.
NY-based Samora Pinderhughes, a composer, pianist and interdisciplinary artist whose art is an invitation to feel things deeply. He has worked with the likes of Robert Glasper, Common or Chief Adjuah and will present his brand new album Venus Smiles Not In The House Of Tears.
Jake Sherman & Abe Rounds are both part of Meshell´s band. When they are not touring on their own or with the likes of Joni Mitchell, Blake Mills, Bilal or Pino Palladino, they work on their duo project which will release their debut album this fall.
The Musikbrauerei is a 120 year old Schneider Brewery and one of the last authentic locations in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg, with its two main rooms, the Säulenhalle & the Recording Hall.
The capactiy for both concerts with Meshell in the Recording Hall will be limited to 250 guests per night
