About this Event
During this event, participants will gather in community with intention.
We will check in and learn the benefits of sound healing for overall wellness especially for Black and brown folks. Then, we will be lead into an opportunity to rest and explore the inner self by receiving a guided meditation and a 60 min sound bath meditation including crystal singing bowls, a gong, and accessory instruments.
There will be time afterwards to connect in community and share in your sound bath experience.
This is a donation based event! *Suggested donation $20-$40

This is the building entrance green door that you enter. This door will be locked after 12:10pm if you are late! Please arrive and park before 12:10pm so you don't miss the sound bath. THANK YOU
