We’ll explore how to adapt your movement quality, timing, and energy depending on the music — without changing what you do, just how you do it.
4️⃣ Solo… Partner Dancing

You’ll dance ‘alone’ while leading or following a pretend partner.

5️⃣ Blindfold Round 😈 (Optional!)
Remove vision, keep connection.
A powerful (and fun) way to develop trust, clarity, and sensitivity… while keeping your Zouk lines and structure on point.
6️⃣ Owning the Floor
Most dancers stay small in competitions without realising it.
We’ll train how to travel with intention, use space confidently, and create presence that judges actually notice.
7️⃣ Jack & Jill Rounds (Competition Simulation)
Put everything into practice.
You’ll dance real J&J rounds with different focuses — from clean foundations to musicality, adaptability, and performance under pressure.
