ITCHES is a three-piece garage punk band hailing from the Kempen region of Belgium, near the city of Antwerp. They emerged in 2020 from a cryogenic sleep paralysis to bless the world with their signature sound: ‘Carapunk.’ The three members grew up in the slums of Los Kempos near Antwerp (not to be confused with the more tranquil Kempen). ITCHES’ signature hard-hitting sound, tight live performances, and infectious energy have earned them the reputation of being a ‘best-kept secret’ in the Belgian underground scene. But don’t take anyone’s word for it—experience it for yourself… if you can catch them alive!
In 2024, they released their debut album, Two Flies In One Clap, recently named one of the Top 20 Best Belgian Albums of 2024.
In 2025, we’re planning to release our new album titled House Animal Included, and a new EP late 2025, early 2026.
