Giornata della Ricerca Italiana nel Mondo
About this Event

On the occasion of the Giornata della Ricerca Italiana nel Mondo, the ISNAFF PND Chapter in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy in Philadelphia, presents a panel highlighting the contributions of Italian women who foster international collaboration across science, technology, and culture.

Scientific progress increasingly depends on multilateral cooperation, interdisciplinary dialogue, and the exchange of knowledge across borders. Italian women professionals working in the Philadelphia area exemplify this spirit by connecting research, education, and cultural exchange between Italy and the United States.

The panel will feature voices from leading academic institutions including Fox Chase Cancer Center, Rowan University, and University of Pennsylvania, illustrating how diverse disciplines—from biomedical research and engineering to language and cultural studies—contribute to a shared global research ecosystem.
