Join us in our Ormeau Road tasting room for a relaxed, flavour-led evening exploring how locally made spirits pair beautifully with different styles of Irish cheese.
We’ll guide you through a curated tasting of exclusively local spirits, thoughtfully matched with cheeses that bring out unexpected notes, balance bold flavours, and occasionally surprise you (in a good way).
This isn’t about boring rules or being super fancy. We're here for a good time discovering combinations you’ll want to recreate at home.

– Insight into why certain pairings work, and encouragement to mix and match!
– A warm, informal atmosphere with plenty of time for questions and chat
