Immerse yourself in the healing power of music with a guided sound healing session, where you will experience the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, handpan, guitar ,didjeridu and other world instruments. Allow the sounds to wash over you and bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
In addition to the sound healing you will have the opportunity to tap into your inner artist with a creative expressive art workshop. Join Sophie and Julian on a journey of Art and Music to enhance your connection to nature, deep listening and intuitive colour renderings in pastels.

Art is a great way to engage our powers of observation and concentration, to still the mind, to heighten our sensory awareness and to come into the present moment.
When we simply stop to observe and fully engage our senses: using art as a medium to heighten this process,
the busy mind naturally begins to quieten.
Nature based art is not only engaging but can be immensely joyful and freeing.
As we focus upon, identify and connect with nature, we simply lose our sense of “I” or
self, the critical mind drops away.
