About this Event

A 90-Minute Experiential Workshop

Through hands-on learning, this 90-minute workshop offers a welcoming introduction to sound healing and how vibration influences the mind and body.

You will:

  • Understand how and why sound affects the nervous system
  • Explore crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean wave drum, and other meditative instruments
  • Learn easy tips and playing techniques from a pro with over fifteen years of experience

This workshop is ideal for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, those curious about self-healing with sound, or anyone who wants to dip their toe into the world of therapeutic sound healing.

Please note: this workshop does not provide any certification. Participants will receive an exclusive discount to the Inner Sounds Practitioner Training program.


Melissa Felsenstein is the founder of Inner Sounds and has been facilitating sound professionally for over a decade, offering thousands of sound baths in studios, retreat spaces, and corporate environments. She launched a 200 hr sound healing training program in 2019 and has taught at community colleges, CIIS, universities, and other educational institutions.

Melissa Felsenstein, founder of Inner Sounds Meditation, is a professional sound practitioner, astrologer, and spiritual educator with over ten years of experience. She offers transformational courses and subscription services via her on-demand sound healing platform. She delights in offering sound as a therapeutic tool to re-learn how to consciously relax, open portals into meditative states, and create emotional harmony. Melissa believes more sound infused naps will create a happier world.
