About this Event

A four-week course designed to support you to learn the foundations of conscious leadership.

This four-week course is designed to support you to learn the foundations of conscious leadership: how to live and lead from a state of trust versus threat. We’ll meet weekly on Zoom in an online classroom, where Jim Fallon and Kate Hutson will teach and guide you through exercises to support you in creating a shift around challenging issues in your life. ‍You’ll learn...

What we cover

Context versus Content. Paying attention to context is the key to a drama free life.

Leading from Trust Vs. Fear. This distinction is at the heart of all repeating drama patterns. Understanding this model immediately shifts the effectiveness of conversations and reduces stress.

The 4 Questions of Conscious Leadership. Four key questions designed to help you build self awareness and become a more conscious leader.

The 15 Commitments. This model outlines behaviors and beliefs that are the most significant limiting factors for a team. The primary focus is on the cornerstone commitments 1 and 2.

The Drama Triangle. The Triangle roles of Victim, Villain, and Hero describe the go-to positions that create and perpetuate drama and limit organizational growth and creativity.

Willingness to Shift. We cover the difference between wanting to shift and being willing to shift. We provide willingness questions to help teams discover if they’re actually willing to shift the issues they say they want to change.

Shift Technologies. We introduce simple tools that you can immediately put into action in the midst of challenging interactions to change the dynamic and outcome by shifting from threat to trust.‍

Sierra is an executive coach and facilitator who supports leaders and teams to broaden their self-awareness and connection to one another. She brings over a decade of hands-on HR experience in scaling and transforming teams. Her most recent role was HR Director at Dropbox, where she spent 7 years supporting its evolution from pre-IPO startup to global public company.

Sierra is known for her clarity, compassion and intuitive curiosity. Her clients say these qualities allow them to open up quickly in 1:1 coaching and jump immediately into deep, transformative work. Teams report stronger communication and more authentic connection after partnering with her.

Sierra is based in the Bay Area and holds a degree in Public Health from UC Berkeley. She loves exploring with her pup Juniper, recreating recipes from her travels and writing children's books.

Brendan brings over 25 years of experience in senior roles in people development and leadership. He works with clients to up their game by building self-awareness, supporting individuals and teams in identifying how they are creating current results, clarifying their vision, and mapping out next steps to achieve their desired outcomes.

His broad experience includes a strategic awareness and depth of practice that encourages genuine transformation while effectively facing challenges, complexity, and change.

Brendan brings curiosity, compassion, candor, play, and an inspiring presence to his coaching engagements. Key components of his approach include slowing down, reflecting, and taking the right next steps - along with a touch of serious play - creating the conditions for his clients to experience sustainable change. He believes change happens when people connect to their most heartfelt wishes, whatever they may be.

Brendan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the National University of Ireland as well as a M.Sc. in Organizational Psychology from the Queen’s University of Belfast. Prior to his Coaches Training with CLG, Brendan studied with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching as well as with CRR Global where he was trained in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching.
